Hi @perassolli ,
I’m very sorry, according to your original needs, the tooltip of each row cannot be displayed separately in the matrix. They will show together in the tooltip. Here is a related case that has been resolved for reference:
For your later requirements, if you want to create a measure to change rows value which you selected. You might as well try the HASONEFILTER function. For specific usage specifications, please refer to the official document. Here is the corresponding link:
Here is a case of using HASONEFILTER to solve the problem can be used as a reference:
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

@perassolli yes, I think it will be easier if you share a sample pbix file (remove sensitive info before sharing), share thru one drive/google drive.

Basicaly i need to compare all sites selected based on which row i am.
In Original File i Have more KPI's to compare, but if you can share with me the logic i will replied for my original file.
Thanks.
@perassolli Unfortunaltey I don't think it is possible, you can create a custom report tooltip page and whatever you show in that report tooltip page, (for example a measure), you can build logic in the measure based on which row you are at.
