Different tooltip for each matrix value

I’m very sorry, according to your original needs, the tooltip of each row cannot be displayed separately in the matrix. They will show together in the tooltip. Here is a related case that has been resolved for reference:

perassolli Unfortunaltey I don't think it is possible, you can create a custom report tooltip page and whatever you show in that report tooltip page, (for example a measure), you can build logic in the measure based on which row you are at.
