I develop a dashboard on Power BI Desktop and send .pbix file to user.
After the user open the file, the data shown in the table visual is different from those of mine.
Some data does not show up (my pbix shows 12 lines of data in the table, user's shows 9 lines of data in the table) despite changing nothing, just download and open the file.
Once I let the user publish dashboard to "My Workspace", the data shown correctly.
Does anyone know why is this happening?
Note:
- PBI desktop version are the same (DEC 2021)
- Region settings on pbi desktop are the same
- Time zone of the computers are the same
Thank you very much in advance

Dear all,
I found out that it is because the format date of my computer and user's computer are not the same and it made pbi misuse month as date, so the data do not show the same.
At first i thought same region, same language is enough, but the date format must be the same too.
Thank you all for support!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Have you configured RLS to restrict data access for given users?
Best Regards,
Eyelyn Qin
Good point, but no, I didn't set any RLS for this report. Thank you!
Thank you Amitchandak, the date/time and timezone of me and user are exactly the same
@Anonymous , Ideally unless there is a change is the source file the data should match. Other can be if there is something depending on today /now. means data or datetime And use is not in the same timezone. Then there can be diff.
