Differences in data on clustered column chart when adding axis

Hi!

I am working in an organisation doing recruitment and placements in companies.

I have come across a problem that I have been completely stuck with. When I create a clustered column chart (using distinct count on unique ID) with a number of filters, I get total placements of 240. When I add a year breakdown to the axis, the number of placement increases by 3.

I have tried using a DAX calculation, but the same problem persists

Any tips on how I can capture the problem?

How does your clustered column chart look like? What is your source table’s structure? Is this year breakdown a field in your source table? Your description is too simple for your requirement. Please share us more information like your source table structure and some sample data which can help us to make some tests. Also some screenshots about your chart. So that we can see clearly about your issue. Otherwise, we can’t even make a guess about your issue.

Thanks,
Xi Jin.
