Difference in two values.

Looking to create two new columns that then give the difference between two columns, for example 

different between 2021/22_22 count and 2021/2_P11 Count and then the same for mins.

There's no 2021/22_22 column in your sample, is it a column in the same table with 2021/22_P11? could you please explain it more?
