Difference between values by date filter

Hi friends,

I am new in power bi, requesting to help me for below problem. Been stucked from 5 days, please help!

Need to calculate difference between values by choosing specific years as given in below table, 

wish to know in DAX

	Year	val
	2019	23
	2019	45
	2020	32
	2021	23
	2023	45
	2023	34
2019 average	2023 average	Difference
34	40	?

its not clear what you asking for,  average difference?  when you say the difference what are you expecting?   6?
