What is the difference between RankX and Rank.EQ, both seems similary.
difficult to understand the differnce, If we have funtionality to apply Rank by using RankX then why we have Rank.EQ in DAX.
Please share some scenarios where we have to use Rank.EQ but not RankX.

Hi @Shamsbutt ,
Indeed, functionally, ‘RANKX()’ is more widely used than ‘RANK.EQ’.
But, because of the different parameters, the calculation mechanism of the two is different.
In other words, they have different context.
(Even when they sort the same column, they use different data of the table, so it affects computing performance)
