Difference RLS in Power BI and RLS in SSAS Tabular

Hello everybody Robot Happy

 

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Row Level Security in Power BI and the Row Level Security in SQL Server Analysis Service (SSAS) Tabular? When would you use RLS in Power BI and when in SSAS Tabular? Maybe someone of you has practical experience n this context?
