I come to you for help in establishing a projection according to the following:
It has a base that includes sales and your goal according to the budget and total monthly sales of last year. It is intended to show a graph that allows you to visualize the accumulated sales of the current month and add in this graph a projection according to the trend:
The projection will be determined by obtaining the total cumulative sale until the most recent date divided by the business days of sale to obtain the Cumulative Sales Rate, which will then be progressively multiplied by the business days to show a linear projection.
I have managed to determine the Cumulative Sales Rate that respects the context of the graph, but I do not know how to extract the value of the rate on the last date so that I can use it as a constant multiply it linearly with the business days.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or comments on that.
