Desktop visual refresh/ the browser visual doesn't get updated at the scheduled refresh from sql

Hi there, Has this happened with anyone?  The desktop refresh shows the data for the day but the web scheduled refresh even if updated for the day doesn't update the data just for this visual.  The ...

    Regarding your question, have you filtered the data in Power Query to only return data prior to today? Refreshing in Power BI Service uses UTC time.

    If my time difference from UTC is 8 hours, the actual time in Power BI Service is '8/18/2024'.Should consider time offset, or delay the scheduled refresh time
