Hi there,
Has this happened with anyone? The desktop refresh shows the data for the day but the web scheduled refresh even if updated for the day doesn't update the data just for this visual. The data source is sql, can someone please advise? Thank you!

Hi LuukvdDoel ,thanks for the quick reply, I'll add more.
Hi @sraj ,
Regarding your question, have you filtered the data in Power Query to only return data prior to today? Refreshing in Power BI Service uses UTC time.
If my time difference from UTC is 8 hours, the actual time in Power BI Service is '8/18/2024'.Should consider time offset, or delay the scheduled refresh time
Best Regards,
Wenbin Zhou

That helped, thank you very much!!
Could you check the refresh history for your dataset in the PowerBI service? There may be errors, warnings or other messages listed there even if the refresh shows it was succesful.
I find that the PowerBI Service sometimes allows refreshes that would have failed in PowerBI Desktop, with the result being that some data in the Service doesn't get updated.
Refresh history shows completed without any errors.
