Desktop version crashing suddenly ODBC Sage connection

Hi,

Hoping for some advice, user previously had Sage V28.1 ODBC connection set up, 64-bit System DSN. It connects to the Data fine but after selecting tables and attempt to load, it freezes the app entirely for 5-10 mins and have to end program. I've replicated the DSN on another PC, it loads and works fine. I've treid multiple re-installs of PowerBI, recreating the DSN in 32 and 64 bit System DSN as administrator. It used to run smoothly about a month or so ago. 

Does anyone have any advice or things to try? My next steps are to try a different user on that device, but the same user on another PC works fine, no crashing.

What about using different user accounts on this computer? Have there been any recent initiatives that might have affected the outcome?

Try clearing the credentials for this data source in the data source settings and reconnect.
