Desktop - display multiple panes i.e. Bookmark & Selection

With the April release, is it possible to display multiple panes at the same time i.e. the bookmark and selections panes simultaneously?

In some instances, it is helpful to display multiple panes at the same time.

Yes, you click right click one one of them and click open in a new pane.
