Desktop Measure produces a different result than when same exact Measure shown in Published Report

This is the same exact report with the exact same data and measures. One is published and one is on desktop. 

The % are for the most part by state roughly close but there are small differences and in a few cases big differences. 

What could be going on here? Again, it's the *exact* same file. I downloaded it directly and the results change in desktop.

Nevermind... i just needed to refresh the browser one more time. that fixed this issue.
