Hi all,
First time poster, long time reader!
I have an issue which has arisen with one of my major pbix files.
I am unable to load the file using the desktop program. I get an error stating:
"Something went wrong. Failed to save modifications to the server."
It then proceeds to reference a query error along the lines of "no column named" ... and "cannot determine a value" etc.
If the query is broken etc i would love to be able to delete it but my issue is that i cant even open the file to edit/delete the query!
I can only assume that as part of the load process these queries are run and if an error is thrown the program exits before loading!
I have tried almost everything posted from:
The last thing that is completely weird with this error is that it is affecting all my previous backups going back weeks. Which makes me wonder if the query error was present in all these files, then a recent update or external environment change must be now triggering the error. Was there a windows update (such as has previously happened with windows defender) or something that could have caused this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
Try deselecting other options in Data Load as well. If necessary, you may also create a support ticket.
Bump
Does anyone or an Mod know how to fix this?
Thanks
