Design Visualization and button click actions

By anyway can we get this visualization created in PBI using some means of Data and legends by category, so that this category will also be provided as button like in picture on the below and once clicked only that should be focused. or highlighted.

For example Green is say Cat-Green and once that button is clicked it should be highlighted.
Can this be possible??

You could create a bookmarks and then set a  action for a button.like belows:

1.set spotlight

2.add a bookmarks.

3.set action for button

The final output is shown below:
