Hi All!!
I am working on making a powerBI report for which the underlying data is coming in the form of a live data feed from an SQL database. I need to filter out some row items from that data feed before it gets loaded onto powerBI. I tried doing the query editor but I don't think so that is the right way to go. Pls help.
Thanks.
Instead of removing columns (Table.RemoveColumns() ) that you don't want, specify which columns you do want, via Table.SelectColumns(). The result will seemingly be the same but the maintenance impact is vastly different.
