Hi @agarwala,

You can use Power BI Cleaner and Measure Killer to identify and remove unused fields and measures to improve report performance:

  1. Power BI Cleaner analyzes the PBIX file metadata to find unused columns and tables.

  2. Measure Killer helps identify and remove unused measures that aren't linked to visuals or calculations.

I found this blog that talks about these tools in detail - https://medium.com/@egebent09/removing-unused-measures-and-columns-in-power-bi-5e15c3db38c1

Please note: I haven't tried these tools personally, so you may need to experiment a bit and explore further before applying them to important data models.

Also, on a side note - to analyze and improve the performance of your report, try using Performance Analyzer in Power BI Desktop to monitor slow visuals and identify fields that affect performance.

Nice solution from Bipin-Lala. Could you please tell us that if your problem has been solved?

If so, accept the reply as a solution. This will make it easier for the future people to find the answer quickly.

If not, please provide a more detailed description, preferably some virtual sample data, and the expected results.

In addition, I recommend that you take a look at Tabular editor. It can be used to find unused objects, please refer to
