I have deleted an journal entry in our accouting software, but for some reason it is still showing up in our dataset. I have tried refreshing the dataset, but still no luck. What steps should I take to remove except filtering out those JE?
Hi @iggywoo ,
Is that table is set for enable refresh? I mean sometimes we split the data in multiple query and one of the query is being old period, disabled for refresh. On face you see refreshing report but only a part refreshes.
Hope it helps.
Hi @iggywoo ,
It's possibly because the underlying data source still has this deleted record. For example, my previous company used Xero but Power BI wasn't directly connecting to Zero but to an Azure SQL database which pulls data from Xero API on schedule. Or in your case, it could be a data warehouse that updates daily.
