Defining KPI's From Raw Data
I identified KPI’s for the data below(see linkbelow):

-Comparrisons of invoices paid over time
-Sum of days to pay date
-Paid on time
-Paid on time, posted on time.
-Overview of sum by TEST
-Sum of invoices paid on time.
-Top BU by sum
-Coun Distinct Net
By looking at the data, please advise of metrics are relevant and what can be improved?
I need to use drill down functions, to get to the core why the numbers are as it displays(tips please)?
U can establish connections between BU and Bu Lookup and aslo create a date dimension and connect to holidays date

Age of inovices unpaid, because unpaid invoices may attract any penalty ( few vendors may do so)
Number of invoices by BU / By Age (Paid and Unpaid)
Paid invoices Age when the get paid - this will give the overview how payments are made and if any flaws can be noted
Use DrillThru to extract the Details of each aggregated value
