Define Decrease Parameter Field for Waterfall Chart

Hi Anonymous ,

 

The raw data would be looked like below:

 

Notification             Date                     Status

AAA                         1-1-2018              Open

AAB                         17-6-2018            Closed

AAC                         27-10-2018          Closed

AAD                         1-1-2018              Closed

DFG                         17-8-2019            Open

DRF                          7-10-2019           Open

DCF                         18-11-2019          Closed

SDE                          5-1-2020             Open

DFE                          11-6-2020           Open

 

I want to have the count of notification for each consecutive period (in date hierarchy) which shows the increasing trend for "Open" and decreasing trend for "Closed".

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Thank you for creating the sample file!

     

    It is a great formulation, but I found the "closed" status still appeared increased at the waterfall chart. Can you make it always decreased for the "closed" status?
