Defer layout update

Is there a way to defer update of visuals in Report of Power BI Desktop? Something similar to Defer Layout Update in Excel's Pivot Tables. I have a lot of numbers in one report and for every change of fields in one visuals, all others starts to update. So I see a lot of small circles of dots updating their info every time. This is very tedious slowing the process of design.

Under Options > Current File > Query Reduction, you can find an option to defer slicer and filter selections until you click "apply."

Or are you refering to added new fields in visual options? As far as I'm aware, that can't be deferred.

Query reduction works with slicers and filters, but when I try to change formatting for just one number, all others update.

Also when I change background color and then undo, all other visuals update even they have not been changed.
