Default values on slicer based on user login

Hi

I need to have default values for slicers based on the user login and later user should be able to select other values if need. I tried with RLS, but when user login i see only related data for that user and not able to see other data on the slicer.  Read information on preselected sclier should be helpful. BUt not sure as how that is helpfull. Need help on this.
