Default currency

Dear PowerBI team,

As others, there is something that frustrates me.
I am building a somewhat crazy dashboard for our biggest customer, which requires 31 dataframes, with each, inbetween one to twelf currency colums.

I want to set default currency to EUR, without changing my reginal settings:

Anything work related I do in English, and writing VBA or DAX, must be done with regional settings for English as otherwise I cannot fluently write it (separaters change in different regions).

Furthermore, the number formatting for Dutch regional settings are pretty crazy, making millions, billions as I am using a dot instead of comma for decimals. (Basically the same issue!)

I simply do not want to format manually to EUR for +80 columns, everytime I make an adjustment in the script that runs behind it.

I want this in settings:

Region
Language
Default number formatting
Default currency
Default date formatting

Hopefully you make this possible!

Hi,

Did you find how to do it? I have the same problem 😵💫

Have you raised an idea? I'd vote for that.
