Declaring input variables in Power Query function

Hi

I'm getting the syntax error "Token ')' expected" when declaring two input variables for Power Query.  I'm following along to a YouTube video and the code I have matches, but I get this error and cannot see why.  This is the function code

Can anyone put me right?
