    Hi Danibuzzi,
To create an interactive decision tree or decision map in Power BI similar to your image, I recommend using a custom visual called: Hierarchy Tree by DevScope

This visual allows you to build multi-level hierarchies that resemble a decision tree. Each node can display full text (e.g., your Yes/No questions), and the tree updates based on the data.

Please follow the below steps to achieve:

    1. Open Power BI Desktop

    2. Click on "Get more visuals" from the Visualizations pane (three-dot icon ...)

    3. Search for “Hierarchy Tree” (by DevScope)

    4. Click “Add”

    5. Add your data in a structure like: Lv1, lv2 etc.

Note: It supports expand/collapse, which helps with multi-level views.
