Deal with employee transfer and team performance

Hi All,

 I have a model with some tables to monitor team performance.

The performance is calculated checking the responsible for each task.

Finally we can view the performance by slicers (departments, dates, others). However we need to deal with employee transfer and I am not able to work with it.

 In example below, my goal is to have a measure to count task, that could be sliced by employee, by department, by dates...

When viewing tasks by department I want to count only the tasks that occuried while employee was linked to the department.

How would you connect this model if you were to add in a Time Dim Table?

Establish relationships based on [Employee no] as below.

Add relative data fields into table visual.
