How to do a risk analysis based on deadlines?
Situation: Company X has several demands with different delivery times, so that a delivery is made on the day agreed with the customer, the company's factory must start producing the product 6 weeks in advance of the agreed delivery date. In order for the factory to start producing, the contracts area must give the approval one week in advance. With this scenario, I need to analyze these dates, verifying that the delivery date projection remains aligned. How to do this in Power BI, making this analysis more visual with indicators?
