Need to display dates from the present month and year up to what are the dates we have. without slicer.
Ex: Present month is June so,
June 2022, July 2022.....................

According to your description, here's my solution, create a measure.
Check =
IF ( MAX ( 'Table'[Month] ) > EOMONTH ( TODAY (), -1 ), 1 )
Put it in the visual filter and select its value to 1,

In matrix visualization, I have row-wise country and column-wise dates.
But here need to display only current month's value only. not other months.
Once take values into the values section it's taking all the months.
I need to display the present month values only.

According to your description, try to create a measure for the value, put the measure in the Values section.
Measure =
IF ( MONTH ( MAX ( 'Table'[Month] ) ) = MONTH ( TODAY () ), [Value], BLANK () )
