Hi @AtchayaP ,

May I know what this means—— "average of a text"? Generally speaking, Average/ Sum is reasonable for Number type.

As your screeshot shown, your product family is like "xxx,yyy,aaa",  which to my knowledge is not meaningful to get their average... So perhaps you mean the Count:

Measure = COUNTX(FILTER('Table', LOWER('Table'[status])="closed" && [type]="SC" && [Effort Time]<>BLANK()),[Product family])

Or if you are still confused about it,Please provide me with more details about your table and your problem or share me with your pbix file after removing sensitive data.

Best Regards,
Eyelyn Qin

@AtchayaP , In AverageX, the filter should start in place of table name

example

CALCULATE(AVERAGEX(FILTER(NPS_Query,[NPS_Modified]<>0), [NPS_Modified]), DATESINPERIOD(DimDate[Date] ,LASTDATE(DimDate[Date] ) , -30, DAY ) )
