Dax measure to get value from a column based on a condition

Hi Community,

I have following two tables, relationship from Log to Data is Many to one.

Log:

Data:

Koala24_1-1719543029346.png

I want to create a measure (not column) in either of the tables, that picks the corresponding date of an ID that has new Value = Pass, else blank.

Here is the sample pbi file: Test measure.pbix

expected result measure: =
VAR _condition =
    COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( 'Log', 'Log'[new value] = "Pass" ) ) <> 0
RETURN
    IF ( _condition && HASONEVALUE ( Data[ID] ), "Pass" )
