Dax help with substring extraction dynamically

Hi,

I want to extract substring from a column but it should be dynamic e.g if i want to extract "Speed Gate" , Comms Room", "Corridor" and i should be able to pull it out with one substring and should be then able to use it Asalaam filter.

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
