    Replace OR with AND

    Row_Type=
IF (
    '04 GD'[Column A] >= 5
        && '04 GD'[Column A] <= 6
        && '04 GD'[Column B] <= -3
        && '04 GD'[Column B] >= -4,
    "Valid",
    "Invaid"
)
