Dax assistance - Finding new users in a list

Hello,

   I have a llist of sales reps (salesrepname), and the years they bave been participating (boxid). I am trying to generate a list of  reps that have never participated in the program before. I want to provide them additional help. My database guy gave me the following query:

       select distinct a.SalesRepName from BrandedBox a

       left join BrandedBox b on a.SalesRepName = b.SalesRepName and a.BoxID != b.BoxID  -- join on  name, but make sure we don't match records up w/ themselves

       where a.BoxID=17 and b.SalesRepName is null   -- 17 is the current box

How do I generate this list in Dax?
