DateFormat.Error: we couldn't convert to number

Hello Everyone,

I need some help with the following error "DateFormat.Error: we couldn't convert to number"

There is in the number two caracter, "." and "," and I am quit sure that it is the error.

I tried to convert the number by location (United States and Brazil), to around the number, to convert to text and I didn't have success.

My source is a text file imported from SAP.
