Hey guys,
I have been working on the single date picker for my table. So I just want 19/06/2021 instead of between 19/06/2021 and 15/09/2021. I used the slicer, it seems not working as respected.
I also watched GuyInACube and a lot of research but I couldn't fix it out of the measure.
Any help will be appreciate
Thank you so much
Hi @VictoriaNguyen ,
As @Greg_Deckler said, by changing the type of slicer to list, you can select a single date. Then connect it to the calendar table, and display the selected date in the slicer on the calendar table. do you mean this.
Maybe you can also refer to the following video, I hope it will help you. If you are still confused, please point out.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hey there, so I want only one date slicer with the calendar view.
Yes, I can use the calendar sample following the video that you sent but the calendar custom like that will take too much space on my report.
Hi @VictoriaNguyen ,
What does taking up too much space specifically refer to? Memory or the effect of page display? But I think this might be the best way to present.
Best Regards,
Henry

@v-henryk-mstf I mean about the page display. Because I have a report with display a lot of information. So I tried to find something like a calendar view with the limited page display.
Thank you
Hey, @Greg_Deckler Thank you so much for your solution.
Below the screenshot, we are seeing two dates start and end. Business needs only one single date slicer default to days dates slicer with calendar view. Business wants to open dates very quickly and easily. Can you please assist?
Sorry for my English if this makes you confused
@VictoriaNguyen Not aware of a way to do that.
@VictoriaNguyen In your slicer visual there should be a little drop down arrow in the upper right corner when you hover over the visual. Click that and change the type of slicer to a list or dropdown or single select.
If that is not it, I don't understand what you want.
