Date issue on Data set refresh?
When I publish the report date are shows correct (date are set data type - Date).
Once the same report refresh happen in Service date values are changed ?

PowerBITesting - Check your location/region settings in the Service. Likely it is a UTC thing going on.

example - Data change - mm/date/year/ - From 1/1/2019 to 12/1/2018
