Date format in desktop English UK, however when I publish the date formats change to English US

The date format in my desktop is English UK, however when I publish the data and view via the PBI App the format changes to English US.

I've tried different browsers, checking the browser language, my O365 account language and checking the language set in the PBI App, please can anyone help me with this.
