Date filter on page greater than a date column on table?

I don't know if I'm describing this well in my subject.

SalesID, ProductID, SalesDate, SalesPrice, etc... then in the Products table ProductID, ReleaseDate, etc...

I have sales order dates, I put a filter on the page "Sales Order Date GREATER THAN Product.ReleaseDate" but instead of picking a hard value or a last 30 days or whatever, I want to drop in another date field from my tables.

Basically I want to see all sales AFTER the product's release date (exclude preorder sales or whatever).

Can I do this with filters in the PBI page or will I have to write a measure to do this?

Thanks!

@OneWithQuestion you have to write a measure for this

Sales after release date =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( Table[Sales] ),
Table[Sales Date] >= RELATED( Produc[ReleaseDate] )
)
