Date Not Populating

Hi.  I have a fact table with a date field that I have connected to my Date table, but when I try to add the month/year field from my Date table to my table visual, it's not populating.  This is the first time this has happened.  I have many, many similar connections that work fine.  I've ensured that the date in my fact table is identified as a date, and there is a relationship between the formal Date table and the date in the fact table.  Any suggestions?

    Hi Anonymous

Can you check the relationship in your Data Model to ensure it's established appropriately for using it for slicers, etc?

Also, are you able to provide a snippet of the visual's fields you've put together along with your data model view (if the above doesn't resolve)?

    Thanks in advance!

    Theo

I checked the relationship and even deleted and redid it.  Now it appears that there is something very wrong with all my pbix files, as everytime I go to open, they freeze.  I need to research what is happening and get back to you.

Here is the relationship.  All I want to do is to be able to populate a simple table visual with the monthyear from the calendar table.  I added a monthyear column in PQ, but would like to do it the way I always have by just pulling it in from the Date table.
