Date Between Slicer with an End Date of Today, but still be able to Load in Future Dates

Is there a way to have a Date Slicer that is set as Between two dates to always load with the end date as "today", but still have the ability to choose future dates in the same slicer?

If not, does anyone have a workaround to make this happen?

Thanks!
