Dataset refresh / Parallel queries

Hi, i have some issue with my query connection.

<Query information>

dataset has 20 queries(table) and each table has about 3,000 rows maximum.

option of 'using paralles queries' is not used

when i click the 'refreshing button' top of the desktop version, it works.

but in browser, did not work with a error messege.

is there any way to unable parallel queries in browser setting?

And publish the file with fewer parallel tables setting and check

i have read contents you sent me and then turned off the "Enable Parallel Loading Of Tables".

it works in desktop version, but not in browser,,,

i really don't know what am i missing

how can i tured off the "Parallel queries" in browser setting ?
