Dataflow refresh fails when windows password changed

schoden is it really the credentials on the dataflow or the credentials on the gateway which are failing?  My understanding is that when a gateway is being used, the data source credentials used in refresh are those which are entered in on the gateway.

If it's actually the data source credentials on the gateway which are expiring, the gateway administrator would need to update those.   For that reason I believe it's typically recommended that "service account" credentials (which don't expire) be used on the gateway, as opposed to personal credentials.
