Dear Experts,

While connecting Power BI with SAP BW I am getting below error.

DataSource.Error: SAP Business Warehouse: Error occurred when starting the parser: timeout during allocate / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPCMRCV'
Details:
    DataSourceKind=SapBusinessWarehouse
    DataSourcePath=10.10.1.214/02/250
    ErrorCode=-2147467259

Please help.

That error seems related to SAP BW. see the reason and solution this online pdf. For better response, I'd suggest you post it in the dedicated SAP BW forum.

Reason and Prerequisites
The MDX parser is an executable program that is installed with the kernel. The file name is mdxsvr.exe. The communication between ABAP and MDX parser is carried out in binary format and the MDX parser works internally with UTF-8. Therefore, there is no special UNICODE version of the MDX parser and so the current NON-UNICODE RFC library is required
