DataFormatError:it was not possible to analyze the input specified as value Date
Hi,
I am getting the foolowing error when I try to perform a merge between 2 tables:
DataFormatError:it was not possible to analyze the input specified as value Date
Any hint on how to solve it?

Could it be caused by null values in date field?
PowerBI88 , if null is text then it can cause. or you have a date in two formats(Means data type in not date).
First check data type and make sure both are date or datetime
how do I check? the whole column is market as Date but it contains also null and it says that there are errors.
PowerBI88 , it showing 16% rows with error, can you check that
I replaced the errors with a date that I made up, but I keep getting the same problem when I perform a merge

If your date is in two formats, merging may cause problems.
I currently have no way to restore your problem. If possible, can you provide your pbix file so that we can better analyze the problem ?
