I'm using a Kaggle dataset to plot some mental health data. This is my first time using Power BI. I want to be able to compare metrics like Adherence to Treatment (%), to Sleep Quality, Physical Activity, and Symptom Severity (all rated on a 10-point scale), but no matter how I pivot the table, it changes how the metrics are plotted. I've attached some screenshots of what I'm working on. I want to know what I'm doing, so a walk-through guide or troubleshooting is preferred! Thanks for any help provided.

Hi @dwalt0117,
Have you had a chance to review the solution we shared earlier? If the issue persists, feel free to reply so we can help further.
Thank you.
could you pls provide some sample data (not the screentshot) and the expected output?

Here is a link to where I got the dataset: Mental Health Diagnosis and Treatment Monitoring
And a link to an updated version of the dashboard: Microsoft Power BI
I'm hoping to be able to compare outcomes of therapy, medications, physical activity, and sleep quality to the improvement of symptoms.

Yes, I did see the solution, however, it came a day after my project was due & I had already turned it in. I do appreciate the help. Thank you.
Hi @dwalt0117,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
Please refer the below attached PBIX file for your reference
I hope this helps.
Thank you
You are currently summing the values of the columns, you should either create a measure or group those columns
but
Please clarify better what you want to do in words first so we can understand each other
and what the following sentence means (provide examples of the issue)
but no matter how I pivot the table, it changes how the metrics are plotted.
Thanks
If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution

Moving the order of the metrics in the Secondary-Y axis causes at least one other metric to fall flat and not represent the individual values, if this makes sense. I'm not sure if I'm even using the correct terms here, as I said, I'm very new to this! Somehow, I managed to fix it, and I think I have it where I want it; however, it looks very sloppy. What I did was attempt to sort by Patient ID, which led to me having to create a column to pad the patient ID to 3 numeric values because CSV dropped the leading zeros in the original data file (Patient ID was originally 1-500, which was enabling me from sorting ascending or descending), when I went back to the chart, it was representing the lines correctly, despite them still being "sum" values. Here's an updated visual.
