Data update problem

Hi,

I allow myself to solicit the community because I have a problem updating my data.

When I refresh through the PowerBi Desktop report, the data seems to load fine but I get the following error message: Failed to save changes to the server. Error returned: there is insufficient memory to complete this operation. Try again later at a time when there may be more memory available.

So I tried updating through the PowerQuery editor and it seems to be working since I am getting my last values well. However when I close and apply the modifications the desktop report does not take into account the new data even though the table contains them.

I would like to point out that I haven't modified anything since the last time I used this report except the last update of PowerBi.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

Thanks in advance

Hi @v-henryk-mstf ,

Thanks for your feedback.

For multiple reasons, I had to increase my RAM memory from 16GB to 32GB and apparently everything is back to normal since I can refresh again without any worries.

Best regards

@AlexisPREVOT , Try these.

1) In file -> options and settings -> option -> data load , increase data management cache upto 10 GB if needed. It should be supported by virtual Memory of the system

2) remove unnecessary columns

3) reduce the data in some heavy tables and try
