Hi, i am working with a dashboard that retrieves data from Dataverse which is used by an app in Power Apps. The app can be used by many people so all of them can register data.
The dashboard is stored in a Sharepoint where users can acces and should be able to update the data when necessary, but this error launches when a user tries to update the data. If context is needed, the user trying to update it has the january 2025 version of Power Bi desktop, while the dashboard was developed in the february 2024 version
The error is the folllowing:
Microsoft SQL A connection was succesfully established with the server, but then an error ocurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: TCP provider, error: 0- The specified network name is no longer available.)
Thanks for any help in advanced.

Hi @Padagon
This error usually involves a network communication issue between Power BI and Dataverse, try the following possible solutions:
1. Check the network connection to ensure that the user's network connection is stable with no interruptions or delays.
2. Check the firewall settings/proxy blocking to ensure that the ports used are not blocked.
3. Try upgrading the Power BI used by all users to the latest version to avoid version compatibility issues.
Best Regards,
Jarvis Tang
