Data to Multiple Dashboards by Column Values

Hello,

I am trying to figure out the most effective way to take a big dataset of individual employee incomes per month and split this into several dashboards for each employee.

The issue is it takes a while to make a Dashboard manually for all 100 employees.

Conceptual or practical suggestions appreciated.
