Data times are in UTC but need it to be in MTN

I have some data that is in UTC and need all the times to be in MTN time (UTC-7).
I have 2 columns start_time and end_time that are datetime data types. They are currently in UTC and we are adding to a maintenance and on call calendar that needs to show MTN time. I can't get it to work. Any help appreciated
